During my recent business trip to Hotel Sonne Interlaken-Matten, I was pleasantly surprised by how the hotel catered to both adventure enthusiasts and those seeking comfort. Check-in was seamless, thanks to the innovative automation that let us unlock our room with our phones, making it one less item to juggle while possibly heading out for thrilling activities like paragliding or canyoning nearby. Our room was a true sanctuary, beautifully decorated, featuring premium bedding and a cozy balcony overlooking the majestic Alps. Each morning started with a hearty breakfast buffet made from local produce, fueling us for our outdoor escapades. I particularly enjoyed the free Interlaken Card, which made it easy to explore the area's natural beauty and participate in the recommended Adventure Days offered by the hotel. What stood out for me was the attentive and friendly staff, always ready to provide insights or assist with any requests. I left feeling rejuvenated and can't wait for an opportunity to visit again with family or friends for a mix of business and adventure!
